Significance:Well, I choosed this quote because sometimes when you want to do something alone theres always someone who is willing to tell you not to do it. For example, in this case Rose went out to look for a job. Roses mom said that she had permission to go but Elsa had to be telling her that how can a child find a job; like telling Rose why is she getting a job thats not going to help you at all, its not worth it.
Connection:I would say I have a connection to this because everytime I want to do something alone so no one has to say anything about it, someone ends up saying something about the thing I did which sort of feels bad. Not in a bad, bad way but it makes you feel like you dont want to go for it any more, and thats what Rose felt when Elsa told her that.
Question:What do you think is Rose's main reason of finding a job?Why?

Significance:The reason I had chosen this quote is because in life theres going to be times were you want to have fun but you cant but theres things that get sirious. When it comes to being sirious things like something important that you really need like money for example; things change.
Connection:This connects to me, maybe to others. For example theres homework I need to finish before class starts someone is going to come and say "Why are you doing your homeowork now? Well any ways lets go play for half& hour" but all you want to do is your work.
Question:Why do you think Rose is really into getting paid so quickly?Why?

Immigration.
To me an immigrant is someone who comes to a specific state/place without being born there The certain person comes to a certain state/place for some specific reason for example a person that was not born in the United States, comes to America would obviously wants to work and live a better life because the place they lived wasn’t good enough for them (on there living style).I mean not all Countries and States are the same not all Governments are the same; I mean there all different and California is one of the biggest States that has most advantages of doing things. Even though there are people who don’t like any one who is from other Country they should be treated the same because they are a reason why we have Mexican food, Chinese food ect. There are so many things other states/countries don’t have; and America has a lot.
My feeling for immigrants are fine because I know that they come here for some really good reason, like living a better life, supporting there family with food and money. I am connected to immigrants because some of my friends parents are immigrants and if it wasn’t for there parents I wouldn’t be there friends, also because without immigrants we wouldn’t have any other languages or food and I’m not just saying because there immigrants; not every other person is in American here either. I do have friends and relatives that had immigrated. I know people who were born in Mexico and grew all his life in San Diego. I mean without theses kind of things we wouldn’t have all this we have now, like for example the languages there’s so many because people that come from a specific place come to tell or teach others to be able to understand each other better. Friends that I have come from another country and they just come here to help/support there family from another state. They come here to live better, have a better job to win money to send to their family. The reason that I think immigrants come from another country to the United States is because we feel that America has better advantages, better government. The government helps us to be organized and helps people with there jobs and things people really need, so there’s basically a reason come here. Freedom is something we all need that not everyone has, with help from each other its better for us to be able to comprehend from each one another. So I really dont think theres something wrong with it.
