1.Latley I think its been interesting because its great that Young had made it to America and that she didnt have to live through bad stuff she had before. So I felt really happy for Young that she made it and she didnt have to pass through all those bad things she had to go through so Youn must of felt excited when she got there;it must of felt great that she did leave Combodia because she wasnt having a good time most of the time so I feel great for her. :)
2.Well also felt kinda sad during the book because family her family memebers were dying and four died. At the same time i could feel bad and good to be her bad because if I was her I wouldnt want any family members to die and good because she was able to be alive after all those bad things she has gone through.
3.How do you think Young will live her life now that she is in America? Do you think she will have a better life or a bad one?WHy?

1-The book so far has been preety sad an interesting because why would they do that just kill the parents for like no other reason. Well I think they had to do it any ways because it was already there plan so ya. But its also not fair that they just killed them because they had a a life to live and to take care of the family liek kids and stuff.

2-Well it has been also sad because Keav died and all she wanted to do is see her father'but I guess she wasnt in time.Well I guess if she hadent gotten her that sick she could of had time to see her father.Also what was really sad was that they lost her body somewhere in the clinic and there was no way they could of bury her.[because you cant bury something if the body isnt there]
3-Do you think that Khmer is worring more about the trading more than she neds to be paying attention to the people who needs food and starving?

1-Well so far I think the book has been sad, and I think that because at the begining the Family had to evacuate and kinda leave the U.S because of a bomb the U.S had to put. It's really sad when a family has to leave a place they kinda had been living for a while. I also think that its really hard to belive that because imagine the U.S or some state u live in putting a bomb and then you have to evacuate when you have no other place to live.So the begining was sad for what they had to do.

2-Well I think that 1 of the main character would be Young because she is kinda like a talkative person and like to me she is very talkative and like kinda whiny too. So this character is new to me because usually there is more other characters that talk alot, but in this book she is more like a talkative and whiny person. Plus this book is a little bit familiar to So Far Away From Bamboo Grove because there is a part were the family has to move because they had to go away from s place they were living in.
3-Where do you think they would go live since they didnt let Khumer know to what place they were staying?
